*** Arcadia is a Quiet and peaceful province in Greece where basilus was ruling, famous for his goodness. There is no any trouble. He has two daughters Pamela and philoclea or a wife gynecia . Basilus meets orcalo at dephos who was disturbed by his some predictions. He also predict to Duke that his elder daughter will be stolen, and younger will be fallen in love secretly while his wife gynecia will be preprlexed for any reason. basilus feared at moment and confided in his friend philinax who has left inchrage in Arcadia. Basilus has taken with his family in the seluded part of country. Where basilus and gynecia lives in lodge while his daughters dwell in second under the watchful eye of shepherd dametus who was too honest.

*** in the absence of basilus in Arcadia there was a shipwreck where Two princes swept at the ashore of Lydia. musidorous and pyricoles both were more courageous and handsome. Pyrocles visit the image of philoclea having seen it he fell in love with her and planned to meet her as chivalrous Amazon, disguised heroic women zembalne and went to meet philoclea where she was residing. Musidorous favours him and wait for him in the wood nearby. Pyrocles sings a melancholy song for philoclea. Having listened it dametus awakens and inform that about strange woman. basilus visited this zelmbalne and fell in love. second side he is introduced to family and asked to stay. on the other hand musidorous disguises as dorus who introduced himself that he has been here as servent,serving dametus .musidorous also felt in love with Pamela.
*** once upon pyricoles saved phlioclea from Lion while musidorous saved Pamela from bear. Lastly suspense opened and shepherd meets up we while gynecia and basilus become one gentally .the custom of Greece relationship connected with happy ending. Chorus sang, dance and performed in the hymn of love and god...
